5 days/week, 40-50 min. Phase 1 (weeks 1-4): fundamentals. Phase 2 (weeks 5-8): advanced combos and peak conditioning.

Equipment
Minimal: jump rope, mat, space. Full: add gloves, wraps, heavy bag.
