VitCoach is a project operated by Global Fulfillment LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. These terms concern your use of vitcoach.com and the initial free VitCoach Planning Pack.

The current resource

The website offers a free six-page printable PDF for personal planning and reflection. Paid offerings have not launched. There is currently no checkout payment required or accepted for this resource.

Personal use

You may download, save and print the planning pack for your own personal use. You may share a link to the resource on this website. Please do not resell the pack, remove its ownership notices or present it as your own product.

Planning only

The worksheets are general organizational tools. They do not provide individualized exercise, nutrition or medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Decide what is appropriate for your circumstances with qualified professional guidance where needed. No particular fitness or health result is promised.

Using the website

Use the site and contact form lawfully. Do not submit spam, malicious files, other people's private information or material you are not entitled to share. Do not attempt to interfere with the website or gain unauthorized access to it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the resource accessible, but downloads or pages may occasionally be unavailable. The website or resource may be revised. If paid offerings are introduced later, their details, prices and purchase terms will be presented separately before a purchase.
