Payments & refunds

No paid orders at this launch

The initial VitCoach Planning Pack is free. Paid offerings have not launched, and this website does not currently take checkout payments.

Because no payment is collected for the current free pack, there is no purchase charge to refund for downloading it.

A billing or resource question?

If you believe a charge relates to this project, or you have a problem with the free resource, use the contact form so the operator can investigate. Include a brief description and any relevant reference; do not submit card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents.

Future offerings

If paid offerings are introduced, their purchase, cancellation and refund details will be published before payment is accepted. This page describes the current launch.
