3. MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership plans (HOME, PRO, ELITE) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Free Trial: New subscribers receive a free trial period (7 or 14 days depending on plan). You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your Account Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital product purchases and first subscription payments. To request a refund, contact us at support@vitcoach.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not available for renewal subscription payments beyond the first billing cycle or for users who have been found violating these Terms.
