Privacy policy
How information is handled on the current VitCoach website.
Effective: 20 October 2026. This policy describes the current free-resource launch of vitcoach.com.
Who operates the website
VitCoach is a project operated by Global Fulfillment LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA. The operator can be contacted through the website contact form.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. These details are saved in a private enquiries inbox within the website's WordPress administration area so the operator can review and handle your enquiry.
Please do not submit medical records, health details, payment card information or identity documents. We do not request those details through this form.
Downloading the free pack
You do not need to create an account or give your email address to download the pack. Your own entries in the downloaded or printed worksheets are not transmitted to this website.
Technical information
Our hosting and WordPress services may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses, timestamps, browser details and requested pages, for delivering the website, security and troubleshooting. WordPress or installed services may use technical cookies for login, sessions or security. See our cookie information.
This launch does not add a marketing subscription, advertising tools or AI chat, and the contact form is not used to enroll you in marketing.
The contact form uses temporary hashed identifiers derived from your email address and network address to limit repeated submissions. These rate-limit records expire after a 30-minute window; the identifiers do not store your email or network address in plain text.
Access and service providers
Enquiries are accessible through the private administration area to authorized site administrators. Hosting and website service providers process site data as needed to operate, maintain and secure the service. Records may also be included in website backups.
The contact form saves a website record. It does not send an automatic email acknowledgement or forward the message by email.
Retention
Enquiries remain in the administration inbox until reviewed and deleted by the operator. Records can remain in routine backups until those backups are replaced or deleted. Hosting and security logs follow the relevant service provider's retention settings.
Questions and requests
Use the contact form for questions about your information or to request access, correction or deletion. Include your earlier enquiry reference if available, and do not send sensitive identity documents through the form. The operator may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Changes
We will update this page if the website's actual services or information handling changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
